Summary of Employment History

Prior to receiving my Associate of Arts and Associate of General Studies degrees from Scottsdale Community College in 1995, I had already begun building my resume.  Beginning with a Vanderbilt Technologies' subsidiary, Matthew Vanderbilt's Equine Service, I began my journey into the worlds of accounting and business in this animal venture.  From there, I was hired on as a groom for Silverwood Training Center and quickly rose from there to Head Groom and then Assistant Trainer.  I continue to work for Silverwood Training Center, now a subsidiary of Ride 2 Win Enterprises, in a consulting capacity.  While working these two jobs, I began my side career as a Veterinary Technician and Surgical Assistant at Rancho Bernardo Veterinary Clinic, which was a great stepping stone in my career path.  Due to a family move, I received a job as Head Kennel Attendant and Veterinary Technician at Hayden North Animal Clinic while attending Scottsdale Community College.  After graduating from SCC, I headed towards my Bachelors of Science in Business Administration at Northern Arizona University where I worked as a Computer Lab Technician (NAU) and an apartment Leasing Agent (University West Apartments).  These jobs allowed my customer-service training to advance many times over.  Another family move led me back to California just before my degree was completed; thus, I began working at VetSmart and PetSmart #144 as a Veterinary Nurse, Lead Stocker, Lead Cashier, and Lead Core.  This job provided much knowledge in the areas of inventory and retail to add to my book-knowledge from NAU.  Leaving PetSmart, I attended a semester of Paralegal Studies at Palomar College while working an internship in the Criminal Records Department of the Superior Court.  Once finished with that semester, I headed towards my love of computers by taking a job with Kelly Services as a Hewlett Packard ETW Test Operator II.  Now, I wish to utilize all of my skills back in Flagstaff at a full-time job that needs a reliable employee with an advanced computer background as well as a great background in customer service, sales, retail, inventory, and, of course, accounting.
